Opinión de nuestro experto sobre el Lexus CT híbrido
Basado en el Toyota Prius de tercera generación, el Lexus CT es el coche más veterano de Lexus, y no solo se siente claramente desfasado a nivel técnico y tecnológico - lo está. A pesar de haber recibido actualizaciones estéticas y un lavado de cara, el Lexus CT no casa a nivel estético con la actual gama de Lexus y pertenece a un segmento de mercado que está en claro declive. De hecho, su hueco lo ha ocupado por completo el Lexus UX, un crossover compacto híbrido - también tiene una versión 100% eléctrica - más atractivo, más amplio, más potente y más eficiente.
A pesar de su veteranía, es un coche que mantiene una buena calidad interior, aunque su diseño puede ser considerado soso o incluso anodino. Donde sí está muy por debajo de la media del segmento es en cuanto a infoentretenimiento y tecnología: está superado a todos los niveles.
Mecánicamente emplea el sistema híbrido de tercera generación de Toyota, con una potencia combinada de 136 CV y una fiabilidad probada. Sin embargo, una vez más, este sistema de propulsión híbrido ha sido ya notablemente superado por el grupo japonés, y actualmente, solo lo comparte con el veterano Toyota Prius+. El Lexus CT es un producto muy superado a todos los niveles.
